Daily responsibilities include preparing investment memos and presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders (such as target companies, advisors, and legal counsel), and supporting negotiation and transaction execution. The role also requires monitoring post-transaction performance, providing insights for integration and value creation, and contributing to strategic recommendations for SME clients.
