Job Title: Clinic Assistant

Location: Cyberjaya

Job Summary
The Clinic Assistant supports daily operations in the clinic to ensure a smooth of operations. Strong administrative and customer service skills, as well as proficiency with CMS and Excel are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up using the clinic’s CMS.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information promptly
• Assist the resident doctors with coordination of daily patient flow.
• Handle front-desk tasks including enquiries, payments, and issuing receipts.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Generate reports, track clinic metrics, and perform basic analysis using Excel.
• Manage inventory and support stock replenishment.
• Communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, and external partners.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification (healthcare or administration-related fields preferred).
• Proficient in CMS systems and computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to move around the clinic branches (Klang Valley area) to support the operation as needed.
• Able to support on-site medical checkup & medical programs.
• Willing to work 45 hours per week, including weekends if required. Also to support the shift rotation based on clinic roster.
