Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated
Restaurant Manager
to oversee our daily restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high service standards, managing costs, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Lead, supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and food quality.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower requirements.
Monitor sales, operating costs, inventory, and stock levels.
Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety requirements.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with suppliers and monitor deliveries and product quality.
Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and properly presented.
Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
Work closely with management to achieve sales and business objectives.
