JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGN COORDINATOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Feel Home Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Feel Home Malaysia is looking for a Junior Interior Design Coordinator to join our Interior Design & Renovation team.

What You’ll Do

• Liaise with customers/owners on renovation progress and requirements
• Prepare, submit and follow up on renovation permit applications with building management
• Coordinate contractor/worker registration and site access
• Liaise with building management for post-renovation inspection
• Follow up on rectification requirements after inspection, if any
• Apply and follow up on renovation deposit refunds until successfully received
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines, deliveries and outstanding works
• Conduct site visits and provide progress updates
• Take site photos/videos and maintain proper project documentation
• Update project progress, pending matters and deadlines in the project management system
• Assist with defect checking, rectification and final handover
• Support furniture proposal , styling for photoshooting and final unit setup

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organised and strong in follow-up
• Comfortable liaising with customers, management offices, contractors and suppliers
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Basic renovation/interior design knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to travel to project sites around Klang Valley

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
