Full Time Junior Project Manager – Agile - Scrum Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Times Management Consultant Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager – Agile/Scrum to support and manage IT projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Agile/Scrum environments, strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage project timelines, risks and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor IT projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and vendors to manage project activities and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to identify and resolve project blockers.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.
• Manage project schedules, action items and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Support requirements gathering and ensure deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and tracking using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar.
• Assist with change management, UAT, implementation and post-project activities where required.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO or related roles.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within project timelines.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
