Training provided

Position Overview

You will be responsible for the operation and execution of employee training, learning, and development activities across ASEAN geography, comprises of Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Taiwan offices. The role coordinates the tracking and reporting of learning assignments, operational support for training courses, promotion and briefing of learning programs, and day-to-day learner enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Assignment Management and Tracking

• Regularly extract training completion reports from the Learning Management System and monitor employees’ learning progress.
• Promptly follow up with employees who have not completed assigned training and ensure learning tasks are completed on time to meet company compliance requirements.
• Prepare periodic training completion reports and share them with relevant department heads to support management decision-making.

2. Training Operations and Support

• Engage internal and external trainers based on training needs, and coordinate course schedules and timings.
• Create promotional materials, including training announcement posters and email communications, to ensure learners receive timely and accurate information.
• Coordinate on-site training logistics and provide facilitator or teaching assistant support during sessions.
• After each training session, complete learner data entry, archive training records, and organize related materials.

3. Learning Program Promotion and Briefing

• Conduct regular sessions to introduce and promote the company’s learning programs to employees.
• Deliver program briefings and facilitate interactive Q&A sessions to help employees understand program value and participation requirements.
• Collect learner feedback and continuously improve promotional content and presentation methods.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree major in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
