Job Descriptions:

· Manage Agentic AI Workflows: Provide clear instructions to AI agents, monitor active tasks, resolve issues, and verify completed outputs.

· Vibe Coding & Scripting: Use AI-assisted programming ("vibe coding") to build, test, and enhance scripts, dashboards, internal tools, and automations.

· Support Freight Operations: Assist with freight quotation requests, carrier rate comparisons, shipment tracking, shipping document preparation, and email drafting.

· Spreadsheet Management: Work extensively in Excel and Google Sheets to maintain reports, reconcile operational data, and improve spreadsheet workflows.

· Systems Automation: Connect business tools via APIs and automated connections (with guidance from senior team members).

· Quality & Accuracy Checks: Cross-check AI-generated calculations, documents, and communications against source data and internal approval standards.

· Workflow Documentation: Document automated processes and assist team members in adopting AI tools effectively.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (formulas, lookups, PivotTables, data cleaning). Power Query is a plus.

· Basic Tech Knowledge: Foundational programming or IT knowledge (preferably Python, JavaScript, VBA, or Google Apps Script).

· Interest in AI: Genuine passion for AI agents and vibe coding, with a drive to test, debug, and troubleshoot generated code.

· Core Strengths: Sharp attention to detail, logical problem-solving abilities, good written English, and dependable follow-through.

· Logistics Curiosity: Willingness to learn the fundamentals of freight forwarding and international logistics.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (practical personal or academic projects are highly valued)
