Full Time SALES EXECUTIVE (MOTOR INSURANCE) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Motormaniac Selangor - Maukerja

Resposibilities

• Answer insurance enquiries through incoming calls, outgoing calls, and email communications.
• Follow up with customers for new projects under Bateriku Insurance Route User (BIRU).
• Prepare insurance quotations and policy requests based on customer requirements.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Record and maintain monthly sales reports.
• Prepare and present reports on new policies, renewals, and insurance costs to the Manager.
• Achieve sales targets set by the supervisor based on quantity and quality objectives.
• Prepare and execute insurance-related payments.
• Manage departmental payments through the EPR accounting system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance policies and related correspondence in the company database.
• Monitor sales records for new and renewed insurance policies.
• Ensure compliance with company requirements, policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of RM50,000 gross premium.
• Make a minimum of 30 outgoing calls per day for lead follow-up, customer acquisition, and renewal reminders.
• Manage and respond to customer enquiries via Chatwoot, WhatsApp, and OS Ticket platforms in a timely manner.
• Proactively follow up with existing customers regarding vehicle insurance and road tax renewals before policy expiry dates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve departmental and company objectives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in insurance or takaful sales.
• Experience in handling customer enquiries and customer relationship management.
• Experience in sales reporting and administrative functions.
• Experience in managing insurance renewals, quotations, and related documentation.
• Experience using CRM or customer support platforms.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
