Full Time Facade Inspector Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in MEINHARDT FACADE TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description

• Work closely with Team Leader in managing the projects in relation to façade inspection and investigation works
• Review of façade shop drawings
• Project management of façade A&A (Additions & Alterations) works
• Carrying out façade inspections on both local and overseas jobs
• Conduct visits to supplier’s factory both local and overseas, if required
• Communicating with design team and as well as working autonomously
• Attending inspections during construction, installation and fabrication on facade and steel structures
• Witness Laboratory and site testing of façade
• Perform inspection and facade investigation work
• Preparation of reports for submission
• Attend site technical and progress meeting
• Resolve any technical problems faced during the project design and/or construction stages

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/Buildings or related discipline
• Ideally 3 years’ facade inspection experience
• Fully aware of all legislative requirements and other regulations governing Occupational Health and Safety and assist in ensuring these are adhered to within the office and on all projects
• Familiarity with different type façade systems, able to read and understand façade shop drawing
• Able to work at height and carry out inspection or investigate in gondola or other form of building maintenance system
• High proficiency in ACAD, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments
• Excellent and effective written communication and report writing skills
