What You’ll Do

As aService Crew, you will:

Welcome and assist customers with awarm and friendly attitude

Handle walk-in, phone and WhatsAppreservations

Recommend room packages, promotions,food & beverage items

Operate the POS system and performcashiering duties

Serve food and beverages efficiently

Ensure customer rooms and outletfacilities are clean and well-maintained

Deliver excellent customer servicethroughout every guest’s visit

Work closely with your teammates toensure smooth daily operations

We’re Looking For

Positive attitude with a passion forcustomer service

Friendly, energetic and enjoysinteracting with people

Good communication and interpersonalskills

Able to work independently as wellas in a team

Willing to work weekends and publicholidays

Experience in F&B, Hospitalityor Customer Service is an advantage

• 12:00PM – 9:00 PM

• 6:00 PM– 3:00 AM

5 Rest Days Every Month
