Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore on a yearly contract renewal. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery for building systems integration and mechanical engineering solutions, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management. The Senior Project Manager coordinates with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure project milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and solutions align with client requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving issues, managing change requests, and preparing status reports and documentation. The role also involves mentoring project team members, optimizing processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across PrimusTech’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong project leadership capabilities, including Project Management skills and experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services for projects.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes, including quality checks and compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of suppliers, scheduling, and resource movement.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in building systems integration, mechanical engineering projects, or infrastructure-related environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with the discipline to manage time and deliverables both onsite and remotely.
