We're looking for a Senior Student Engagement & Development Manager to join our team in Singapore.

Job Purpose

ICAEW is expanding its strategic presence in Singapore, and we are seeking a Senior Student Engagement & Development Manager to lead local operations, strengthen student and employer engagement, and elevate ICAEW's brand among young talent, members and regulatory partners.

This senior role is one of the three core pillars, alongside the Head of Singapore and Senior Business Development Manager, responsible for student recruitment, market attraction, member retention and collaborative engagement with regulators to support strong governance and professional standards in Singapore.

What you will be doing;

• Lead operations, ensuring seamless delivery across applications, examinations, authorised training employers (ATE), training providers and non-standard routes, while managing student, employer and member enquiries to high standards of relevance, reliability and timeliness, and maintaining accurate student data across systems.
• Activate ICAEW programmes and campaigns across digital channels with modern, youth-friendly messaging, working with the international team to maintain information across websites, portals and registration platforms, and configuring virtual event platforms for webinars, hybrid events and on-demand learning.
• Build relationships with firms, universities and regulators to grow ICAEW's presence, following up on leads for firms wishing to become an ATE to train ICAEW students, and supporting senior leadership in collaborative engagements with regulators and professional bodies to strengthen governance and uphold high professional standards.
• Consider avenues for student growth in Singapore, re-starting from 2027, and ensure current students are able to successfully convert to membership.
• Identify workflow issues early and coordinate technical escalation, extract and analyse student registration, engagement and conversion data, and maintain SOPs, documentation and operational backups.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing workflows to reduce manual work and errors, identifying underutilised digital capabilities and proposing enhancements, and contributing to the development and testing of new systems and products.

What you will need;

• Strong operational and digital aptitude.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• High customer service standards.
• Experience with CRM, databases and multiple systems; advanced Excel skills.
• Comfortable with websites, virtual event platforms and troubleshooting workflow issues.
• Proactive, anticipatory and solutions driven.
• Digitally savvy, especially across youth-oriented channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Confident in stakeholder engagement across seniority levels.
• Collaborative and structured, able to work seamlessly with senior leadership.
