Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Production Support, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Basic knowledge of core banking systems and banking operations.
  • Experience with Sunline Core Banking is an advantage.
  • Familiar with ticketing systems and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Grafana.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of incident management is a plus.
