We are seeking a motivated Service Crew/ outlet assistant member to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team on a part-time basis. This role combines frontline customer service, cashier duties, and outlet assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences. Ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with diverse teams.



## Job Description

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and serving food and beverages whilst maintaining high standards of hospitality

• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions with attention to detail

• Assist with outlet operations including food preparation support, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver seamless service during peak periods and maintain a welcoming dining environment



## Job Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B service, cashier, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
