Position: Product Development Executive

Department: Product Development

Salary Range: RM2,000 - RM2,300

Main Responsibilities

• To coordinate production orders, monitor stock levels, and work with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries in good condition;
• To support purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, comparing quotations and preparing Purchase Orders (PO) for products, operations and events;
• To assist in new product development through product analysis, market research and pricing trend reviews;
• To maintain accurate order databases and purchasing records, and support product planning, segregation and documentation for franchise and direct selling channels;
• To assist with product licenses, certifications, food labelling compliance, trademark registration and monthly outlet license renewal submissions to KPDN.

Background

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
• Educational background in Procurement, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1 year of relevant working experience are preferred.

Specific Knowledge and Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic mathematical skills.
