Job Description
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised nursing care based on patients’ needs, medical orders and established clinical standards.
Provide patients and their families with relevant health education, care information and emotional support throughout the care process.
Ensure nursing care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies, professional standards, clinical protocols and best practices.
Promote and maintain a safe, therapeutic and supportive environment that safeguards patients’ dignity, comfort and well-being.
Communicate significant changes in patients’ conditions, treatment plans, nursing interventions and outcomes to the Senior Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager and attending doctor in a timely manner.
Supervise, coach and mentor new and junior nursing staff, supporting their competency development and integration into the nursing team.
Contribute to continuous improvement of nursing practice, patient safety and quality of care.
