About the Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing organisation, is seeking an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead its people strategy and organisational transformation agenda. This is a pivotal senior leadership role for an experienced HR executive ready to shape talent, culture, and leadership capability at scale, driving the organisation's growth and long-term competitiveness. This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite in Kuala Lumpur.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and lead a comprehensive talent strategy covering workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programmes
• Shape talent acquisition and employer branding approaches to attract and retain critical capabilities
• Champion enterprise-wide change management and organisational transformation initiatives, partnering closely with senior leadership on design, culture, and capability building
• Provide strategic oversight across the full HR spectrum, including business partnering, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR operations, industrial relations, and HR systems
• Ensure HR policies, governance, and operating models remain compliant, effective, and aligned to best practice
• Build a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce culture, with a focus on employee experience and well-being
• Oversee facilities and workplace management, ensuring the physical environment supports productivity and collaboration

What We're Looking For

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience gained in large, complex organisations
• Broad, well-rounded expertise across talent management, rewards, industrial relations, and organisational development
• A track record of successfully leading large-scale organisational transformation and change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence and partner with senior leadership and the CEO
• Exposure to corporate services or facilities management is an advantage
