• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures to track progress and control costs
• Document key actions and decisions from meetings and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Prepare presentation materials to support clear communication during meetings
• Coordinate tasks and resources efficiently to ensure project deadlines are met
• Identify and implement necessary project changes to maintain alignment with objectives
• Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth project operations
• Execute assigned project tasks to contribute to overall project success
• Develop project strategies to guide execution and achieve desired outcomes
• Ensure projects comply with established frameworks and maintain accurate documentation
• Assess project risks and issues, analyze impacts, and propose practical solutions
• Manage stakeholder views and expectations to achieve optimal project solutions
• Create and maintain a project management calendar to track and fulfill goals and objectives
