Full Time Marketing Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Leadership Resources (Malaysia) Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, previews, and public programmes
• Execute email campaigns, audience segmentation, participant communications, and follow-up activities
• Maintain and track leads from events, campaigns, website enquiries, and programmes in Zoho CRM
• Prepare dashboards and reports on campaign performance, leads, and follow-up progress
• Coordinate website and landing-page updates, campaign materials, and the collection of client testimonials
• Conduct market research and contribute to client engagement and outreach initiatives
• Use digital, automation, and AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
• Work closely with the Marketing team, Client Partners, facilitators, and external vendors

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• One to two years of relevant marketing experience
• Comfortable working across campaigns, events, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and reporting
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Good written and spoken English
• An interest in digital tools, marketing automation, and AI-enabled ways of working
• Experience with Zoho or another CRM or email marketing platform is an advantage

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
