We are partnering with a leading international bank to hire Relationship Managers (SME Banking – Small Business Acquisition) as part of their growth plans in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for banking professionals who enjoy new business development, client acquisition, and building relationships within the SME segment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acquire new SME customers and grow the bank's business banking portfolio
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and self-sourced leads
• Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Cross-sell a comprehensive suite of products, including:
• Business Deposits
• CASA Accounts
• Working Capital Facilities
• Unsecured Business Loans
• Trade Finance
• Cash Management Solutions
• Merchant Services
• Bancassurance Products
• Build long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to deepen wallet share
• Partner with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver holistic banking solutions
• Ensure compliance with all KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements

Client Segment

• Small Business clients with annual turnover of up to USD25 million
• Future opportunities to broaden coverage into larger commercial and mid-enterprise segments

What We're Looking For

• Experience in SME Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or related financial services sales roles
• Strong business development and client acquisition track record
• Hunter mindset with a passion for winning new business
• Experience in lending, deposits, trade finance, or cash management solutions
• Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
• RNF certification is advantageous, although individuals willing to obtain the qualification are also encouraged to apply
