Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process user ID-related requests, including onboarding, offboarding (e.g. account disablement/deletion), and staff movements in accordance with defined processes.
- Prepare and submit access requests based on authorised inputs (e.g. HR staff movement lists), covering multiple systems as required.
- Support user account provisioning activities for selected systems where applicable.
- Plan and schedule request submissions to support onboarding and offboarding timelines.
- Maintain and update tracking records for request status, progress, and deadlines
- Liaise with relevant teams and follow up on requests to facilitate completion.
- Provide basic user account support activities (e.g. password resets, account unlocks) where required.
- Support periodic access review and audit-related activities where required.
- Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
