• Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business leads.

• Promote and sell technical products and services through consultative selling, up-selling, and cross-selling.
• Understand client requirements and tailor solutions that meet their operational and technical needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales support.

• Provide timely support, including pre-sales consultations and after-sales service.
• Respond to client inquiries, address complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Prepare proposals, quotes, and costings in response to client requirements.
• Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide weekly reports on pipeline and performance.
• Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities for growth or product improvements.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, or Petrochemical.
• Knowledge in industrial hardware such as valve, pipefitting, flange & actuator is a plus.
