Full Time Tea Lady - Cleaner (Immediate Hiring) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in Minconsult Selangor - Maukerja

A. Job Description:

• Clean designated area, meeting rooms, office: - sweeping & mopping floors, desks, shelves, glass doors, windows (from inside) and surface of office equipment.
• Cleaning of toilets and as per scheduled to ensure cleanliness.
• Ensure constant availability of toilet paper and hand washing soap.
• To maintain pantry cleanliness and ensure pantry consumables is always available and stocked up.
• Clean all common areas, outside building, sweeping pedestrian walkway, inside premise, walkway, lobby, corridors and other areas upon request.
• Empty all waste paper bins and shredder trays to the designated location.
• Empty all food waste, plastics, glass, dustbins to designated location.
• Ensure that furniture in offices, meeting rooms and reception area are arranged as per required arrangement & settings at all times.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms, preparing cups, glasses and plates, water, light foods, tea and coffee.
• Preparing & Serving tea & coffee, to re-collect & cleaning used cups & utensils, to maintain & ensure designated pantry to be always clean and to perform other related duties as assigned.
• To carry out special task as and when requested.
• Adhere to organisation policies and procedures.

B. Job Requirements:

• UPSR, PMR, SPM or equivalent.
• Able to understand and speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in handling office cleanliness, office pantry, general office housekeeping and food and beverage.
• Have basic knowledge of food and beverages services and housekeeping.
• Good personal hygiene, non-smoker and healthy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Can work with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
