Summary

We're looking for a junior IAM Administrator to join our Centralised Security team on a 1-year contract in Kuala Lumpur. You'll support the team in managing user access across applications and systems, helping ensure the right people have the right access at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in provisioning and de-provisioning user access to applications and systems
• Maintain and manage application access in line with IAM policies
• Perform periodic reviews of user IDs and OS IDs to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Respond to user enquiries related to access requests and system usage
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new or enhanced IAM/system projects
• Maintain accurate records of access requests, approvals, and review outcomes
• Escalate access-related issues or discrepancies to senior team members as needed

Key Requirements

• Open to Open to freshers with internship experience experience in IT security, identity and access management, or a related field for banking.
• Basic understanding of user access provisioning and IAM concepts
• Familiarity with operating system (OS) accounts and application-level access controls
• Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven approach
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Team player, willing to learn
• Based in Kuala Lumpur
