Location:
Paya Lebar Square, Singapore
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Remuneration:
S$6,500 fixed per month + Variable Bonus + Flexible Benefits
Position Overview
We are seeking a
Trade Operations & Risk Analyst
to support our international trade finance operations. This role is responsible for executing trade documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and analyzing market data for global trade transactions.
Key Responsibilities

Trade Finance & Compliance Execution
Prepare,verify, and review Letters of Credit (LCs) and shipping documentation to ensure full compliance with banking protocols and international standards.

Market Analysis & Price Checks:
Track global commodity price movements, perform market data analyses, and generate trade summaries to support commercial decision-making.
·
Logistics Oversight & Vessel Tracking:
Monitor vessel schedules, oversee cargo loading and discharging activities, and calculate laytime to prevent operational delays and minimize demurrage costs.
·
Contract Management:
Draft trade contracts, deal recaps, and transaction summaries for global buyers,suppliers, and key counterparties.
·
Institutional Liaison:
Coordinate directly with international banking partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient document processing and trade settlement.
Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.
·
Core Competencies:
Strong knowledge of international trade rules, trade finance instruments, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., UCP 600, ISBP, Incoterms).
·
Professional Skills:
Strong analytical capabilities, precise attention to detail, high numerical accuracy,and clear English communication skills.
