Role Description The Customer Relations role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing day-to-day interactions with clients, responding to inquiries, and providing timely support regarding products, orders, and services. Responsibilities include handling customer feedback, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information and smooth service delivery. The individual will maintain customer records, follow up on ongoing requests, and support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. This role also includes preparing basic reports on customer trends and contributing ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer support skills, with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Experience in customer satisfaction and customer retention initiatives to build long-term client relationships.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills for managing customer information and follow-up activities.
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and customer management tools; prior experience in a B2B or packaging-related industry is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
