Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible to support the planning and execution of marketing communications, campaigns, events, publications and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing communications, campaigns and promotional activities in line with brand and business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end production of publications, including editorial planning, content coordination, proofreading, design, approvals and printing.
• Develop and manage content across EDMs, newsletters, websites, social media and other digital platforms.
• Support marketing communications for events, campaigns and corporate initiatives, including invitations, collaterals, digital content and post-event communications.
• Draft, edit and proofread engaging marketing and corporate communications while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, including agencies, designers, photographers, printers and vendors.
• Manage project timelines, approvals and deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding actions and addressing potential delays.
• Maintain marketing and editorial calendars, content libraries and project records.
• Provide regular updates to management and support other marketing initiatives and projects as required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant marketing communications experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in managing publications, magazines, newsletters or editorial projects.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and external vendor management.
