Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer (L3) to provide advanced support for enterprise Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Nutanix, and hybrid identity environments. The role involves infrastructure administration, troubleshooting, automation, security compliance, and disaster recovery support in a managed services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS, KMS, and RDS environments.
• Manage VMware vSphere and Nutanix infrastructure, including virtualization, performance, and lifecycle activities.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, RBAC, access reviews, and identity governance.
• Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, capacity management, and infrastructure optimization.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
• Handle major incidents, RCA, change management, DR activities, and technical documentation.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure support.
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS, and hybrid identity management.
• Experience with VMware and Nutanix virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of SCCM, BigFix, Datadog, Grafana, AD Manager Plus, and Quest Recovery Manager.
• Experience with automation tools including Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, and Python.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support experience.
