Full Time Production Planner Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,800 in NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and inventory targets.
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
• Release manufacturing orders and coordinate material flow throughout the production process.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
• Communicate effectively with Sales and Program teams regarding order changes, schedule revisions, and delivery commitments.
• Proactively identify and resolve production disruptions, material shortages, and productivity challenges.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, including production status, output performance, and planning metrics.
• Analyze capacity utilization and identify potential constraints, working with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Review production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support inventory management activities to achieve optimal stock levels.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Production Planning, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Familiarity with High-Mix, Low-Volume (HMLV) manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret production data and make sound operational decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Open-minded, process-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
