Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines to manufacture precision components.
Set up and operate CNC VTL machines according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and machining specifications.
Perform machine setup, tool setting, and workpiece alignment.
Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality.
Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues.
Ensure all finished components meet required quality and aerospace standards.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow workplace safety procedures.
Complete production records and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience operating CNC VTL or CNC turning machines.
Experience in precision engineering or aerospace manufacturing is preferred.
Familiar with CNC machine setup, tooling, and cutting parameters.
Able to use precision measuring instruments.
Good understanding of machining processes and quality requirements.
