Full Time Project Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,001 in Vision Display (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

* Manage projects from quotation / confirmation until completion.

* Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, timelines and site arrangements.

* Prepare quotations, purchase orders, work orders and other project-related documents.

* Coordinate with the production team, suppliers, subcontractors and installers.

* Monitor production progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.

* Arrange and coordinate site surveys, deliveries, installations and dismantling works.

* Attend site visits and coordinate with mall management, contractors and relevant parties.

* Ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings and requirements.

* Follow up on materials, printing, fabrication and other production requirements.

* Monitor project costs and avoid unnecessary additional expenses.

* Prepare project schedules and provide regular updates to clients and management.

* Handle project issues and coordinate solutions when problems arise.

* Ensure all works are completed according to the required quality and safety standards.

* Prepare completion reports, photographs and other project documentation.

* Assist with project handover and final billing / closing.

* Perform other project-related duties when required.

Requirements

* Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Business, Construction, Interior Design, or related field.

* 1–3 years of working experience in project coordination, event, retail, construction, fabrication, interior or related industries is an advantage.

* Fresh graduates with good communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.

* Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

* Able to communicate with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams professionally.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Able to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time.

* Must be willing to travel to project sites when required.

* Able to work outside normal hours / overnight for certain installation or dismantling projects.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

* Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

* Responsible, hardworking, proactive and willing to learn.
