A leading digital financial services organisation is seeking a Programme Management Officer to join the CEO Office. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the centre of the business, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive strategic priorities, monitor business performance, and ensure key initiatives are delivered successfully.
Your new role
Reporting into the CEO Office, you will play a critical role in translating the company's 3-to-5-year strategic blueprint into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes. You will own the governance of corporate scorecards and KPIs, track strategic projects across the organisation, and ensure business leaders remain accountable for deliverables and timelines.
You will be responsible for coordinating management reviews, preparing executive and board-level presentations, facilitating strategic discussions, and following through on key business initiatives. Acting as a bridge between leadership and business functions, you will help ensure alignment, visibility, and execution across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5-10 years of experience in Programme Management, PMO, CEO Office, Corporate Strategy, Transformation, Consulting, or Business Performance Management.
- Strong experience managing strategic initiatives, corporate scorecards, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, management reports, and board materials.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Engineering, business, or other analytical backgrounds are preferred.
