Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing employee disciplinary processes.
• Support union management activities and Collective Agreement (CA) related matters.
• Assist in Industrial & Employee Relations (IR/ER) matters, including:

1. Employee engagement initiatives
2. Staff separation processes
3. Long Service Award (LSA)
4. Substance testing coordination
5. JPP/JTK matters
6. Other IR/ER-related activities and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or any related disciplines with a minimum CGPA 3.0.
• Fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience.
• Candidates with exposure to or coursework in Employment Law are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in Industrial Relations and Employment Law.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and receptive to feedback.

Employment Details

• Contract Duration: 1 Year
• Monthly Allowance: RM2,000
