Full Time Airfreight Coordinator (CargoWise, Alt 5.5 Days, East) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import and export shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with airlines and vendors. 
• Serve as the main customer contact, providing shipment updates, handling inquiries, and resolving operational issues promptly. 
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, SLAs, and internal procedures while monitoring shipment performance. 
• Support process improvements and mentor junior staff, ensuring accurate records, efficient operations, and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in airfreight operations, covering both import and export shipments.
• Proficiency in Cargowise system and Microsoft Office applications
• Good working knowledge of freight forwarding procedures, airfreight documentation, and customs compliance.
