Full Time Network Operations Center Engineer Jobs, in The Edge Partnership - The Edge In Asia - Maukerja

Our client, a global data centre solutions provider, is looking for Network Engineers to join their growing NOC team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to network alerts in a 24/7 data centre environment
• Troubleshoot network issues and identify critical incidents
• Support network break-fix activities and basic maintenance
• Coordinate with on-site technicians for physical network activities
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate engineering team

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Centre / IDC network operations
• Understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF and BGP
• Network troubleshooting experience
• Linux knowledge is a plus
• CCNA / JNCIA is advantageous
• Good communication skills and English proficiency
• Comfortable working on a 24/7 rotating shift
