Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or any related field.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and manage a sales team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

• Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Able to analyse sales performance and develop strategies to improve results.

• Confident in dealing with customers and handling sales negotiations.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital platforms/social media.

• Willing to learn and develop knowledge of EV products, technology and the automotive industry.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
