Responsibilities
Duties andResponsibilities:
- Computer and payroll system, IRAS, IR21, WICA, Security bond, InsurancePremiums.
- Uphold safety rules and review of safety breaches of workers.
- Attend to and manage worker needs, complains, feedback on a daily basiswhenever necessary.
- Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors forexternal training programs
- Conduct periodic reviews and assist in the enhancement of HR Policies & Procedures/ SOP to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Assist in the driving/implementation of new HR initiatives
- Preparation of HR Management Reports
- Assist in ad-hoc HR related jobs
