Purple Monkey & Pasta OHSEM are in 6 locations in Seapark PJ, Kuchai Lama, Subang Jaya, Setapak KL, Damansara Perdana and Shah Alam!

We are looking for a dynamic team member to assist the Outlet Manager in managing the outlet according to company standard in sales, staffing and operations.

Assistent Outlet Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Outlet Manager in managing the daily restaurant & kitchen operations, execute product & sales promotion, draft / arrange staff schedules, and educating all staff members on all menu & products & services.
• Perform stock check & ordering according to schedule to ensure that a par stock is maintained.
• Properly opening and closing the outlets as well as handling and taking over shifts.
• Verify and submit staff attendance in a timely manner.
• Retain and grooming staff.
• Maintain a comfortable & conducive outlet.

Qualification:

• Graduate with Diploma/Degree plus 2 years of working experience in F&B
• Without paper qualification but with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in F&B is welcome as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM2,700.00 to RM2,900 per month

• F&B managerial: 2 years (Required)
