Full Time Controlling Senior Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Executive Compass Kedah - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage project financial performance to ensure projects remain within budget and on track.
• Prepare and provide detailed project financial reports, forecasts, and projections for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project leads and project team members to support the achievement of project objectives.
• Manage investment budgets and track project spending status
• Support planning and management of rolling CAPEX and OPEX forecasts Identify potential project risks and support risk mitigation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, standards, and financial controls.
• Coordinate management reporting requirements with project teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project controlling and reporting processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Project Finance, or Controlling. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent are an added advantage.
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX planning and reporting.
• Ability to prepare project financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Strong understanding of project management and financial governance principles.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and related controlling modules is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project-based financial management and reporting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
