Job Description
Follow the assigned delivery schedules and make sure all collections and deliveries are completed on time, while always following road safety rules and traffic regulations.
Use the Company’s delivery system for all deliveries, including updating collection and delivery status, recording delivery details, and submitting proof of delivery where required.
Carry out pre-ride and post-ride checks on the motorcycle, including tyres, brakes, lights, mirrors, fuel/charge, and delivery box security. Make sure the motorcycle is safe and in good working condition. Report any fault, damage, defect, or accident to the Supervisor immediately and stop riding if the motorcycle is unsafe.
Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while riding, including an approved safety helmet, and follow all Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
Load, secure, and handle all items properly to prevent damage or loss during delivery. Make sure the load does not exceed the motorcycle’s permitted weight or size limits.
Communicate professionally and politely with customers, recipients, and colleagues at all collection and delivery locations. Obtain the required proof of delivery or acknowledgement.
Keep all items safe and secure while they are in your care. Protect the confidentiality of documents and packages and follow Company policies and the Personal Data Protection Act.

Requirements
Possess a valid Class 2B motorcycle license with a good riding record.
Must have own motorcycle and lockable delivery box.
Must possess an Android mobile device for work-related applications and communication.
Familiar with Singapore roads and locations.
Able to commit to a 12-hour shift, based on a 4 days’ work / 3 days off shift pattern.
