Job Summary:

The Cook will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations. They will lead the rest of the staff in ensuring that all items prepared and served are of the highest quality, and to ensure they are in accordance with hygiene guidelines and the standard operating procedures of the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Plan and coordinate daily food preparation activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service.

• Develop and refine recipes, maintaining consistency and quality in all menu items.

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise waste.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

• Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
