Job Description
- Drive regional business initiatives across areas including business expansion, P&L optimization, product enhancement, and cost optimization. Support product roadmap planning and market research efforts to strengthen product positioning and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
- Leverage coding languages such as SQL and Python to deep-dive into product and customer journey data, uncover key trends and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Oversee end-to-end P&L management of cross-country and cross-functional projects, from business planning and product development to operational workflows.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams such as Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Compliance to ensure business alignment.
- Conduct deep dives into critical issues to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
- Take ownership of both short-term and long-term business objectives to achieve sustainable growth.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; prior exposure to Payments, Banking, Internet, or FinTech industries is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills (such as SQL) is mandatory, with strong logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven success in stakeholder management.
- Experience in App growth, online product growth, merchant payment, card products would be an advantage.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
