We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to support our KellyOCG MSP/RPO programs. In this role, you will manage end-to-end contingent workforce processes, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers, suppliers, and contractors. Your responsibilities include creating and maintaining job requisitions and work orders, coordinating interviews, managing onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensuring data integrity across our VMS and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
Requisition & Work Order Management
  • Create and manage job requisitions in the VMS.

  • Post roles, schedule interviews, and confirm assignment logistics.

  • Create, update, and track work orders; ensure approvals and data accuracy.

  • Monitor end dates, PO spend, and tenure limits; take necessary actions.

Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Ensure timely completion of compliance documents.

  • Manage timesheet and expense approvals; resolve discrepancies.

  • Support accurate and timely invoicing, including adjustments.

Client, Program & Supplier Support
  • Meet SLAs and contribute to service improvements.

  • Build strong relationships with managers and suppliers.

  • Resolve daily operational issues and deliver just-in-time training.

  • Act as the first escalation point for invoicing and data issues.

Profile Worker & PRID Management
  • Maintain contractor records and e-files.

  • Conduct monthly IDM data audits; resolve data integrity issues.

  • Manage IDM mailbox and fix errors such as duplicate records or missing credentials.

About You
  • 1–2 years in recruiting, customer service, or support roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.

  • Intermediate Excel skills.

  • Familiarity with VMS/ATS systems (e.g., Fieldglass, Workday, Taleo, SAP, Oracle).

  • Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
