Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Mujur Minat Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Prepare and submit main contractors interim claims for verification and issue of the certificate of payment
• Initiate verification and check progress claim and variation orders submitted by sub-contractor and suppliers to ensure payment are in order and according to the terms of the sub-contract and supply contract
• Evaluate and verify the need for any variation works
• Responsible for the sub-contract works and calling quotations before submitting for approval
• To prepare contractual claims, budget and extension of time for the project
• Provide assistance to update department operation and ISO procedure

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/ or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of construction project management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
