Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Provide expert product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling advice, to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and customer engagement.
Maintain outstanding store presentation and ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards.
Support stock replenishment and inventory organisation to keep the sales floor well-stocked and visually appealing.
Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends, sneaker culture, and brand collections.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
Passion for fashion, sneakers, and contemporary retail culture.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative team mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
