Full Time Logistics Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Teguh Mechanical Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

This position is based in Port Klang and is responsible for coordinating and controlling the logistics activities of SLB OneSubsea. The role supports the efficient flow of materials, equipment, and shipments while ensuring accurate system data entry, maintenance of logistics records, and data integrity. The incumbent is also responsible for analysing logistics and operational data, preparing monthly performance reports

• · Drive all the KPI measures through – Areas which requires improvements
• · Be accountable for driving own responsibilities ensuring safety / cost and compliance are at forefront of all activities
• · Drive all aspects of logistics requirements, evolving the logistics department to the next level to meet business ambition
• · Establish all compliance requirements in the region and safeguard OneSubsea adherence to these requirements in the region
• · Comply with Malaysian Customs and excise legislation
• · Perform any other tasks as dictated by the manager employing consistently high levels of professionalism
• · Need to have a transparent and honest culture
• · To organize the shipment to meet deadlines, ensuring that all documentation complies with current legislation
• · Carry out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems
• · Supporting on the FZMS application for logistics movement-eCAF, Gate Pass
• · Verification of Billing Freight Invoices and coding
• · Data Analysis & Monthly reporting
• · Recording Shipments via Abal Tracking share point
• · Supplying shipment information to requestor on status
• · Filling documents for traceability’s and data – Document Retention
• · Reporting to immediate superior if failure or foresee failure to occur
• · To comply with all compliance regulations
• · Follow up on shipment executed and own accountability till delivery is meet for project
• · Report all accidents, incidents and near misses in accordance with Procedures
• · Manage internal stakeholders with ensure all shipments arrive on a timely manner, ensure warehouse receives all incoming shipments, coordinate with Project and ensure Logistics Operations are running smoothly and get regular updates.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
