Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end to end development and implementation of Customer Loyalty Programme
- Track performance of digital campaigns by monitoring unique code redemption at the point of sales
- Design and execute retention campaigns using existing marketing tools
- Foster a customer-centric culture by working with Front of House teams to ensure the successful delivery of retention initiatives
- Proactively gather and analyse feedbacks from social channels and emails
