Assistant Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities:

·      Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works

·      Co-ordinate design related matters with Consultants and Clients. Resolve technical problems for project team.

·      Work out the shop drawing (mainly RC and Archi drawing) submit schedule and manage the submittals in orderly manner. Technical proposal composing.

·      Arrange and chair regular meeting of technique team for progress monitoring.

·      Ensure optimize design solutions in compliant with construction standards, regulatory framework, contractual specifications and buildability requirements.

·      Manages design approval process in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues

·      Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with the contractual requirements

·      Identifies and highlights to Management and project team of any potential risks or issues that will impact Project performance

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognized by the Singapore PE Board)

·      Relevant Construction Experience in Singapore for at least 8 years
