Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales, profit and growth targets.

Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Manage product assortment, ranging and category reviews based on customer demand and business performance.

Develop pricing and promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial terms.

Monitor inventory levels and work with relevant teams to improve stock availability and inventory efficiency.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Track category performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, supply chain and other internal stakeholders to execute category plans.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant procedures.
