Full Time Legal - Compliance Executive | Digital Freight Tech Jobs, in Dada Consultants - Maukerja

We are supporting a publicly listed technology company in building out its Singapore global hub, and are looking for a Legal & Compliance Executive to join their founding local team.

This is a ground-floor role suited to someone who is comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, cross-border environment and wants to grow alongside a platform business at an inflection point.

Job Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Regulatory Support

– Conduct legal and compliance research for the company's entry and operations in target markets; provide professional legal input to support business strategy and decision-making.

– Support daily operations across compliance management, corporate governance, and regulatory communications in target countries.

Incident Management & Risk Mitigation

– Assist in handling escalations and reverse events, including local employee relations issues, complex customer disputes, and crisis communications.

– Provide legal assessments and proposed solutions; conduct post-incident reviews to continuously improve operational processes.

Regulatory Monitoring & External Counsel Management

– Track and research evolving laws, regulations, and regulatory policy in target markets.

– Manage relationships with external legal counsel and local legal partners.

Contract & Documentation

– Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements, platform rules, and other legal documents.

Compliance Training & Culture

– Develop compliance guidelines and deliver training to business teams; build overall compliance awareness across the organisation.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor's degree or above in Law from a reputable university; 1 year or more of relevant experience in an internet platform, law firm, or multinational corporate legal team. Fresh graduates with a law degree will be considered.

– Interest in technology and business; experience managing legal and compliance risks across multi-jurisdiction projects is a plus.

– Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work well under pressure.
